Refund Policy:

1. Upon placing an order for an item, our manufacturing process begins promptly to ensure timely delivery. Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances.

2. Refunds are not possible upon placing the order, except in cases where the delivered product is damaged or defective. 

3. In the event of receiving a damaged or missing product, customers are required to submit an unboxing video to initiate a claim. If applicable, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Return Policy:

We do not offer returns for any product. However, items may be returned within 3 working days in cases where the delivered product is damaged or defective, provided that a proper unboxing video has been provided by the customer.
